  • Blender


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries any berries work
  • 1 handful walnuts soaked overnight
  • 1/2 avacado
  • 1 handful spinach any leafy green works
  • 1 cup cashew milk you can add more or less depending how you like the consistency of your smoothie. Also any milk works fine.
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder any protein powder works!


  • Place all ingredients in your blender for 45 seconds and serve.
